Emma returns to help us once more
Her hair cuts have already raised close to £3,000
Emma Hounsome is preparing for a brilliant hat-trick by once again supporting The Little Princess Trust.
The 32-year-old, pictured above, has already raised close to £3,000 for LPT through two hair cuts in the past.
And now the Income Officer at Trent & Dove is planning once again to help our mission to provide real hair wigs, free of charge, to young people and fund vital childhood cancer research.
After marking World Cancer Day on February 4, Emma will shave off her long curly locks in March.
Cancer can have a devastating effect on people’s lives.
She said: “Many of us have been touched by cancer in some way, and sadly, it’s affecting several people close to me right now.
“Cancer can have a devastating effect on people’s lives, and I want to do something to support these people and their families while raising money for charity.”
It will be the second time Emma has been at the mercy of the razor, having shaved her hair off in 2021 when she raised £2,185. Her first haircut in 2018 raised £570, bringing donations totalling £2,755 to date.
This year, she aims to raise at least £2,000 for her second head shave and is looking for donations to support The Little Princess Trust.
