Lord-Lieutenant makes a welcome return

Visit comes 18 months after couple first saw our HQ

The Lord-Lieutenant of Herefordshire made a welcome return to LPT’s headquarters after last visiting when much of our new home was a building site.

LPT wig fitter Liz Pullar shows our guests a Little Princess Trust wig.

Edward Harley OBE and his wife Victoria first saw The Hannah Tarplee Building back in 2021 when the rooms were empty and a ladder was needed to get to the first floor.

Both wanted to see our new home once finished – and we were delighted to welcome them both today and show them around.

They saw our wig-fitting salon and conference room for the childhood cancer research community before meeting our in-house wig fitter Hollie to see how our real-hair wigs are painstakingly knotted by hand.

Phil Brace, left, and Wendy Tarplee-Morris, showed the Lord-Lieutenant around The Hannah Tarplee Building.

The Lord-Lieutenant asked many questions during his visit while he also spoke of the pride the people of Herefordshire have for LPT.
